Acupuncture for Allergies in Rhinebeck Village

Acupuncture is highly effective for treating seasonal allergies.

To clients in Rhinebeck Village, I typically recommend a protocol of annual treatments beginning in the winter, before allergy season gets underway. If someone has other allergies besides the seasonal type, I advise NAET, or Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique. For children in Rhinebeck Village dealing with allergies or asthma, NAET is the treatment I most often suggest because it is the only protocol known to me that can eliminate allergies entirely.

What does NAET Treat?

NAET, short for Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique, is a unique protocol designed by Dr. Devi Nambudripad to address her own severe health challenges. The technique combines acupuncture, massage, homeopathy, and kinesiology to carefully clear the body of sensitivities.

Allergy as a Cause of Illness

Allergy is a condition where the body shows an unusual sensitivity to one or more substances. When contact with an allergen occurs, it creates a blockage inside the body that disrupts the usual flow of energy through its electrical circuits. This blockage interferes with the communication between the brain and body through the nervous system, causing a chain of events that may result in an allergic response.

People can develop allergies to virtually anything in their environment, including food, nature such as trees, flowers, weeds, molds, vines, as well as pets, chemicals, inhalants, medications, clothing, paints, plastics, and radiation. Symptoms can be mild or potentially life-threatening.

Often, allergies go undiagnosed and cause many common or chronic illnesses. If not treated, they can lead to serious energetic and physical imbalances within the body. These imbalances lower overall health. By reprogramming the brain and removing blockages, NAET allows the body to regain perfect balance, known as homeostasis, and to reach optimal health.
